Monday Motivation: 6/17
I love Mondays now.
Used to hate them.
They used to stress me out in my health + fitness because I felt all this pressure to really “hit it hard” and “get back on track.”
But now, I love the energy of a fresh, blank week, and being consistent makes every week fun to compare to the last because you know things. are. happening.
SO- it’s Sunday night and I’m sitting down to plan out my week a little and just wanted to hit you with some things to click on and scroll through to get you EXCITED for this new week, too!
