The Diet That's Guaranteed To Work For Everyone!

There are a million and one diets out there today full of different strategies and approaches to nutrition, each one with its own perks and downsides.

The truth is, there are a million and one approaches because there are a million and one body types and preferences. Everyone is different, not just from what they eat but also how they eat, and so the diet that's guaranteed to work for YOU is the one that fits YOUR body type and preferences. 

It's simple: listen to your body. 

Yes, eat less processed things, drink more water & move more than you consume, but above all: LISTEN. TO. YOUR. BODY. 

Do you really think you're going to outsmart it?

It knows what it needs to function, so instead of torturing yourself and cutting out an entire type of food or avoiding carbs like the plague, listen when your body says, "Refill please!" and also when it says, "Okay that's enough."


If you've never taken time to get familiar with your eating habits and preferences, start now.

Observe what you like to eat and when. 

If you're like me, you're what my Dad likes to call a "grazer"-- you like to eat all day long, grazing on snacks rather than sitting down for 3 full, separate meals. Or maybe meals are an inconvenience to your day and you like to eat a lot in a single sitting and move on with your life. 

One is not "better" than the other, necessarily, and in the end, you should do what makes your belly happiest without over-doing either one.

Do you crave sweets? Salt? Prefer warm food or cold, fresh things? When do your cravings hit? When are you most likely to give in to those cravings? When are you least likely?

Knowing your body, your habits and your preferences is hands down the best way to create a diet plan that works for you.

You can worry about the finer details, like how much of which macronutrient you need, later on, but for now, start with the basics and don't stress about trying to force yourself to stick to a plan that isn't suitable for your preferences and lifestyle. It just doesn't make any sense. 


Sustainability over short-term. Know your body, listen to it, and eat accordingly.
