Figuring vs. Figuring It Out

We are a world obsessed with knowing the answers, figuring it out, and being successful. This obsession causes us a lot of stress & anxiety and often (ironically) pushes us to uncomfortable places out of an effort to avoid discomfort in the first place. 

But what if knowing isn't the point? What if "success" is just a man-made invention for our egos? What if being lost is the only way to find yourself?

I'll be the first to admit that I don't know, just like I did in this real, raw video.  

I've been trying to shift my focus from "figuring it out" to merely "figuring." When arriving at an answer is no longer my end goal, I find my anxiety immediately disappears. When I truly value the questions rather than the answers, suddenly, I am much more curious and light. 

This is me giving you permission to do the same: to relieve yourself from the self-inflicted pain of trying to "figure it out" & just start "figuring."
